Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking and may vary slightly by property. Unless a specific listing states otherwise, the following applies:
Standard Policy
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in — full refund.
- Cancelled within 48 hours of check-in — 50% refund.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations — non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or mobile money provider.
Host-Initiated Cancellations
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, you receive a full refund automatically, and our support team will help you find an alternative stay where possible.
