By creating an account or making a booking on Kuli Booking, you agree to these terms.
1. What Kuli Booking Is
Kuli Booking connects you with independent hotels and private hosts in Somalia. The accommodation contract for your stay is between you and the host — Kuli Booking facilitates the booking and payment, and supports you if something goes wrong with the booking process itself.
2. Making a Booking
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive confirmation from Kuli Booking. You are responsible for reviewing property details, room type, dates, and price before confirming.
3. Payment
Payment is collected and held securely by Kuli Booking and released to the host after your stay. We accept card payments and mobile money (EVC Plus, eDahab, Zaad, Sahal). You will never be asked to pay a host directly in cash for a confirmed booking.
4. Your Responsibilities
Treat hosts and their property with respect, follow the property's house rules, and use the platform lawfully. Report any issues with your booking to support as soon as possible.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kuli Booking facilitates bookings and payments but is not responsible for property conditions or host conduct during your stay. Where Kuli Booking is responsible for a platform error, liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
